Andrew is one of our Night Duty Officers, he a friendly chap who the students look forward to seeing of a night. He will challenge you to a game of pool if he isn’t too busy. He, like Clive and Adrian looks after the complex when the office closes.

Paul has been at Cotton Mills since its conception in 2005. Paul knows every square inch of his building and if there's a problem, he knows exactly what to do. He has worked in facility maintenance for over 20 years and is a qualified electrical PAT tester, If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. If it is broken, call Paul.

Shane is one of our Night Duty Officers and keeps the complex safe and secure when the office closes. He is always on hand if you have any problems or need a chat.

Adrian is our Night/Weekend Duty Officer he like Andrew and Clive oversees the complex making sure it is safe for our students. He is a real asset to the team and is always on hand for a chat.

Ann joined the team at Cotton Mills in 2010. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the complex and also takes care of Health and Safety, administration and Customer service. She can usually be found at her desk in reception and will always find time for a chat if you have any issues, whatever they may be. Along with her dedicated team, Ann is totally committed to Cotton Mills and strives to give her residents the best possible student accommodation experience during their time at university.

Kath has been with us since 2009 and is a real trooper. She’s the lady who you will see in your kitchen of a morning cleaning away, she’s a friendly face and many of our students look forward to seeing her.

Angelo is new to the team at Cotton Mills. He is Pauls right hand man, if you have any maintenance issues or queries hes your man!

Lizzie is in charge of all the housekeeping at Cotton Mills. She is the friendly face you will see behind the reception desk if you want or chat or are collecting your parcels. Lizzie works alongside Ann in the office and will be your first point of call when you arrive at Cotton Mills.
